Working directly with Adam Cristol 1-2-1 either in-person, online or a combination of both to help you towards achieving your health and fitness goals. You will start by delving deep into your why, in order to help get clarity on where you would like support before setting out a framework that is realistic and achievable. YOGA CLASSES

Yoga can help compliment a balanced lifestyle by helping to improve one's physical and mental wellbeing. Our studio provides a safe and positive environment for all ages and ability to experience the benefits of this ancient practice.

Yoga classes draw on influences from Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Ashtanga Yoga theory and practice as well as Pilates and Sports Science to create a truly explorative and beneficial practice for both body and mind within a safe and structured framework.

RETREATS & WORKSHOPS

Treat yourself by joining one of our workshops or retreats .

Workshops - typically run over a weekend for a couple of hrs, our workshops focus on a theme and are designed to be fun, educational and experiential in nature. 

Retreats - joining us on one of our retreats will see you unwinding, learning, recharging, experiencing new things, creating lasting memories and so much more.
